Keia Goode
Practice Manager
What I do at American Veterinary Group
I am the Practice Manager of a small but mighty vet hospital located in Memphis where I support a small team of individuals working together to support our local pet parents and their fur babies.
Who am I?
I am an honor graduate from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I started in veterinary medicine as a veterinary assistant in 2002 after obtaining a certification for veterinary technical assistant training. I received my RVT license in 2013 in Southern California, my home state where I worked as an emergency and critical care veterinary technician for over 15 years. I have also worked in various mixed practices that specialized in exotic pets as well as small animal care. I am a loving wife and mother of two children. When I have free time I enjoy pursuing hobbies that include jazz funk dance techniques as well as classical ballet. I am also a retired professional cheerleader who loves to cheer on local team sports.
