With over a decade in the veterinary industry, I’ve worked in various roles, including Care Team Member, Practice Manager, Office Manager, and Customer Service Manager. I’ve also shared my knowledge as a Veterinary Technician professor, helping train future professionals. My experience has given me a deep understanding of clinic operations, team dynamics, and the importance of building strong, skilled veterinary teams.
