As a Senior Talent Relations Partner, I connect with veterinarians (or soon-to-be veterinarians) and match them with practices that best fit their personal and professional goals.

 

The hospitals I hire for are multi-doctor, general practice hospitals and urgent care practices. Many of the hospitals I hire for are AAHA-accredited and some also have Fear Free Certified staff. My hospitals have an array of talented support staff, many of them with CrVTs on staff!

I have worked within the veterinary and animal welfare industry since 2001. I have worked in three different states and four major cities! I have an immense passion for working on behalf of animals and have crafted skill sets to navigate challenging conversations, lead educational seminars, and conduct public relations interviews. My most recent veterinary experience was working for a specialty and 24-hour emergency hospital, where I had the opportunity to work with and learn from the departments of Oncology, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Orthopedic Surgery, Cardiology, Emergency, and Rehabilitation.

·         I am a self-proclaimed history nerd and love learning something new about the past.

·         I could eat Pho for the rest of my life—hands down my favorite food.

·         I have an unwavering love for Scotland and hope to live there one day.

Why I chose the veterinary field:

Since I was a child, I have always had a love for animals - even aquatic animals! I was always torn between being a Marine Biologist or a Veterinarian. My first job at 15 years old was at an animal hospital and I have never looked back! I love helping our furry companions feel better - especially when they're not at home and stuck in a hospital. It is the best feeling to help those without a voice!
