Today, I serve as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with American Veterinary Group and UrgentVet, where I support both our General Practice and UrgentVet hospitals by recruiting, onboarding, and staffing full-time, part-time, and relief veterinarians. My goal is to create meaningful connections between talented clinicians and hospitals that prioritize clinical excellence, teamwork, and a positive culture, because when veterinary professionals are supported, both patients and teams can flourish.

As a Dallas, Texas native, I have built my career around a passion for veterinary medicine, animal science, and the people who make exceptional patient care possible. With more than 15 years of experience spanning biological sciences, animal research, veterinary medicine, and talent acquisition, I bring a unique perspective to recruiting. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a Master of Science in Biology, and my background includes working in both clinical and non-clinical environments, companion animal and exotic animal hospitals, and a research laboratory at one of the nation's leading academic medical centers.

Having worked alongside veterinary professionals in a variety of settings, I understand that outstanding medicine begins with a strong, supportive workplace culture. I am passionate about connecting talented veterinarians with practices where they can thrive professionally, feel valued by their teams, and continue providing exceptional care to their patients.
