Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Initial Screen
If you have been invited to an interview, your initial screen will consist of a brief phone interview with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will get an understanding of your background, skill level, availability, and compensation requirements. They will also share details of the hospital with you to see if it is a good fit for your skillset and schedule needs.
- Stage 2
On-Site Hospital Team Interview
If you are invited to an on-site interview with the hospital team, the Hiring Manager will coordinate the details of your visit. During the on-site visit, you will meet with the practice team and you may be asked to demonstrate your skills, including client communication and patient care.
- Stage 3
Offer
Congratulations! If you receive an offer for a position, we would love the opportunity to welcome you to our team! The Hiring Manager will review our compensation, benefits, training schedule, etc.
- Stage 4
Hired
Congratulations on your acceptance of our offer! We are so excited to have you join our team!
