Talent Acquisition Partner
What I do at American Veterinary Group
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at American Veterinary Group, I connect with veterinarians and veterinary students who are exploring full-time, part-time, and relief opportunities across our UrgentVet and General Practice hospitals.
Whether you're an experienced veterinarian, a new graduate, or simply curious about what's next, my goal is to learn what matters most to you and help you find the right fit. Every career path looks a little different, and I enjoy helping candidates explore roles that align with their goals, whether that’s flexibility through relief, a part-time schedule, or a long-term full-time position.

Who am I?
I have over eight years of recruiting experience and currently serve as a Talent Relations Partner at American Veterinary Group. I’ve been with AVG for the past two years, and during that time I’ve developed a genuine passion for veterinary medicine and the people who make this profession so special.
My favorite part is building relationships. I enjoy getting to know each candidate, learning about their goals, and helping them navigate their next step with confidence. I strive to make every interaction positive, honest, and supportive from our first conversation through the hiring process.

Advice for prospective candidates
Be yourself. The best conversations happen when you're comfortable being authentic. I want to learn about your goals just as much as you want to learn about our hospitals and team. Come with your questions, be open about what you're hoping to find, and we’ll figure out the best fit together.
