Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Initial Phone Interview
During the Initial Phone Interview, you will be meeting with the Talent Relations Partner who supports the region in which you are interviewing. This is an opportunity to discuss your clinical interests, ideal practice team and community, compensation requirements, and geographic preferences. You will also learn details about our benefits information, schedule and travel expectations for this role, etc. Our Talent Relations Partners have excellent knowledge about our practice teams, so ask plenty of questions to find out if the position is a good fit!
- Stage 2
License Verification
Our Team will review your license status to ensure that it is active and in good standing for the state in which you will practice.
- Stage 3
Leadership Virtual Interview
Meet with our Medical Operations Leadership to learn more about the role, our practices, and the expectations of the Regional Medical Director. This call is a great time to ask questions from our Medical Operations leadership about the culture of the company, expectations, and 'a day in the life'.
- Stage 4
On-Site Hospital Visit
Tour our hospitals alongside one of our Medical Operations team members to get a better feel for the types of practices, cases, and team members that you will be working with. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and observe our hospital teams in action!
- Stage 5
Offer Letter & Employment Agreement
If both you and the team agree that it is a fit, the Talent Relations Partner will discuss an offer of employment with you. They will review compensation (salary only, ProSal, etc.), benefits, start date, and several other items as they pertain to the role. This is a great opportunity for you to ask questions! At this stage, they will present you with an offer letter. This is a non-legally binding document that details all of the components of the offer so that you can easily review it on one page.
Once you have agreed to the offer of employment, the Talent Relations Partner will present you with an employment agreement for your review. Once this is signed, it's ready to celebrate your new role!
