Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Initial Phone Interview

During the Initial Phone Interview, you will be meeting with the Talent Relations Partner who supports the hospital at which you are interviewing. This is an opportunity to discuss your clinical interests, ideal practice team and community, compensation requirements, and geographic preferences. You will also learn details about our benefits information, practice schedule and needs, etc. Our Talent Relations Partners have excellent knowledge about our practice teams, so ask plenty of questions to find out if the practice is a good fit!
Stage 2

Virtual Meet & Greet

Before you take time off from work to visit our practice, we like to have you meet with our practice teams virtually to learn more about the team dynamic, doctor schedule, and the style of medicine practiced. That way, when you meet on-site, you can focus on the things that really matter, like meeting with the support teams and observing patient care!
Stage 3

On-Site Hospital Visit

Tour our hospital alongside one of our Operations or Medical Operations team members to get a better feel for the type of practice, cases, and team members that you will be working with. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and observe our hospital team in action!
Stage 4

Offer Letter & Employment Agreement

If both you and the team agree that it is a fit, the Talent Relations Partner will discuss an offer of employment with you. They will review compensation (salary only, ProSal, etc.), benefits, start date, and several other items as they pertain to the role. This is a great opportunity for you to ask questions! At this stage, they will present you with an offer letter. This is a non-legally binding document that details all of the components of the offer so that you can easily review it on one page.

Once you have agreed to the offer of employment, the Talent Relations Partner will present you with an employment agreement for your review. Once this is signed, it's ready to celebrate your new role!
Stage 5

Cheers to your new role! Welcome to the team! We are so excited to have you on board!
